SMS Terms

1. SMS Program

By providing your phone number, verifying your phone number, enabling SMS notifications, or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive text messages from SlammedU.

Messages may include:

• verification codes and two-factor authentication;
• account and security notices;
• post status updates;
• draft reminders;
• publication notices;
• subscription, billing, or payment-related notices;
• support or safety communications;
• other service-related messages.

Marketing text messages, if offered, require separate express consent where required. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be sent through participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Opt Out

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages where supported. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number, except where permitted or required for legal, security, or transactional reasons.

Opting out of SMS may prevent you from using features that require phone verification or SMS-based account security.

5. Consent Records

SlammedU may retain records of SMS consent, verification, opt-in, opt-out, phone number, timestamp, source page, consent language version, and related technical information to operate the SMS program and comply with legal, carrier, and platform requirements.

6. Eligibility

You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the phone number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to SMS messages at that number.
